The Climate Institute has prepared a comprehensive set of briefing notes for journalists attending the APEC conference in Sydney this week.
These notes outline a set of criteria by which to judge the results of the conferences statements on Climate Change and situates the action of this conference within the broader United Nations framework in the lead up to Bali at the end of the year.
